Please allow 15 business days for product creation and dispatch. During peak periods (public holidays and new collection launches) order processing time may be longer.
Shipping is complimentary and we currently ship throughout New Zealand only. We do not deliver to PO boxes. The Client shall provide a physical address as all postage is delivered in a signature required parcel. Photo identification is required upon delivery and shall be requested. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure the delivery name provided matches the valid photo identification of the Client, required to be presented, at the time of the delivery of the product(s).
Returns Policy
Wahineness® will accept products in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached, for a full refund of purchase price when accompanied by original receipt.
Products must be returned to our online store within 14 days from date of delivery.
If you wish to return any products, the return shipping is not covered by Wahineness Ltd.
Wahineness® shall communicate the returns address to the Client via e-mail once Wahineness® has received communication of the Client's refund request. The Client is required to advise Wahineness®
via e-mail.
